Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return:

- The item must be unused and in its original condition.

- The item must include all original packaging.

- You must provide proof of purchase and photos/videos showing the issue.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will review the issue and provide a replacement or refund if approved.

Refunds

Once your request is approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

- Items that have been used or washed

- Products without original packaging

- Items damaged due to customer misuse

- Clearance or final sale items

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. After this time, the order may already be processed and cannot be cancelled.
