A: Our MOQ is 1 piece for sample orders. For bulk production MOQ starts from 50 pieces per design.

Q: Can you do custom OEM or ODM designs?

A: Yes. We offer full OEM and ODM services. Please provide design files in AI, PSD or PNG format at 300 DPI. We handle all production.

Q: What sizes are available?

A: Standard sizes are S, M, L and XL. Custom sizing is available upon request.

Q: What is the production lead time?

A: Samples take 3 to 7 business days. Bulk orders of 50 to 500 pieces take 15 to 20 days. Large orders over 500 pieces take 20 to 30 days.

Q: What printing methods do you use?

A: We use screen printing and DTG digital printing. Both methods produce vibrant and long lasting prints.

Q: What fabric do you use?

A: We use premium 100 percent combed cotton at 180 to 260 GSM preshrunk. Heavyweight options are also available upon request.

Q: Do you provide quality inspection?

A: Yes. Every order goes through fabric inspection, printing quality check and final garment inspection before shipment.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: We accept bank transfer, PayPal, Western Union and Alibaba Trade Assurance. A 30 percent deposit is required with 70 percent before shipment.
